Saint Cecilia's is unique in its many collaborative and creative worship services with world-class musicians. Over the last five years we have celebrated the musical genius as well as the spiritual gifts of such diverse artists as: Willie Nelson (An Annual Service in April celebrating Willie's birthday), Dolly Parton, The Beatles, John Coltrane, Tom Petty, Townes Van Zandt, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and many others. We also have an annual Animal Blessing service as well as themed services that feature gospel, patriotic, jazz or sung Choral Evensong. We believe that music of all genres and styles can convey profound spiritual truth deeper than words.
